Lack of veracious communication is at the core of nearly every problem we face as people today
And yes, it affects your business!
it is time for a change
We’re introducing Veracious Communication to the industry
The Culture Pyramid: Simple & Effective
For teams to work well together, they must be able to communicate using Veracious Communication. When we use language that accurately reflects our thoughts and feelings, we naturally begin to gain influence with each other—and become more open to moving in a new direction. The focus shifts from “All about me” to “All about we.” Where is the team going? What are we trying to accomplish? These answers can only emerge once everyone is communicating honestly and using language grounded in reality.
Direction is also about clarity of roles—understanding who is responsible for what. Every team member should know what’s expected of them and who their leader is.
With clear communication and direction in place, we begin to unlock the good stuff: Fulfillment, Integrity, and Accountability.
When we feel heard, understood, and aligned with a shared purpose, we can begin to identify what truly fulfills us. Our teammates should be able to articulate how our work makes a difference—why we matter, and how what we do matters. And if something doesn’t feel like the right fit, we have the tools to talk about it and move toward something that does.
Helping each other find fulfillment leads to a deeper sense of Integrity in the work we do. When we understand that our time and effort make a meaningful impact, we take pride in that work. And once integrity is in place, Accountability can thrive—not as punishment, but as a powerful act of care. Holding ourselves and each other to the highest standard becomes a way to show that we value one another and the mission we’re building together.
time to take action: What we offer
Our Culture Coaching program follows a three-phase approach to embed the Culture Pyramid into daily operations. Phase 1 – Jumpstart begins with 3–4 weeks of analysis and preparation, including meetings across all levels of the organization to explain the Pyramid, identify Project Champions, uncover likely obstacles, and draft a tailored Implementation Plan.
Once approved, Phase 2 – Project Culture Pyramid launches, integrating the model over 5–6 months through small-group coaching focused on Veracious Communication using a “Tell, Show, Do” method. Champions guide teammates up the Pyramid step-by-step, with regular check-ins, role play, and 1:1 support to overcome resistance and establish a culture of Accountability.
Finally, Phase 3 – Maintenance & New Hires ensures long-term sustainability through ongoing coaching, continued champion development, and a new hire onboarding process grounded in Veracious Communication—aligning every employee with your culture from day one.

About the founder: Benjamin J. Dryer
“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”
Romans 5: 3-5
This company is built on the lessons I learned after losing my father to suicide. In 2021, just two months before my wedding, he jumped off a 33-story building while on a job site. His death led me to therapy—a journey of healing and growth I never expected. While my father’s death was the initial focus, I soon realized I was carrying the weight of many adversities I didn’t yet have the language to express.
Because I couldn’t talk about them, they came out in other ways: frustration, emotional shutdown, drinking, and physical symptoms that were my body’s way of saying something was wrong. Over time, therapy taught me how to understand my thoughts, process my emotions, and assign language that accurately reflected what I was feeling in real time. It was like a light switch flipped. I finally felt aligned with myself. The anxiety lifted. The urge to drink faded. Depression was replaced with a peaceful confidence—because what I thought, said, and did were finally aligned.
Bringing this clarity into the business world changed everything. I realized that the ability to name our internal experiences—Veracious Communication—was the missing skill in my industry. Like many others, my dad often responded to conflict with anger. Tensions would rise, voices would escalate, but the real problem remained untouched. As I practiced Veracious Communication, I began to see that anger was often just fear in disguise.
With time and courage, I started having hard conversations using honest, accurate language. No more shutting down or lashing out. And something powerful happened: I began to help others to search beneath the surface to help them realize that they weren’t angry—they were scared, confused, unheard, or underappreciated. They didn’t have the words to express that.
If we don’t learn to stay in these conversations, to help others name what’s really going on, we lose the opportunity for change. But when we do—when we teach people to understand and express themselves with clarity—we build stronger teams, healthier workplaces, and cultures where people feel seen, safe, and supported.
